This is a very nice place. The owners could not be more helpful and seem to always have a smile on their face. This is a great place for kids. There is so much for them to do. The lots are huge compared to other places we have been. Here you can look out over the Iowa Farmscape. It is so relaxing to see the corn swaying in the gentle breeze. It is a great place to do nothing and a great place to do a lot.
