All of the sites seem to be a little larger and more spacious than most RV parks and all are level pull-thrus with patios and picnic tables. The limited number of Presidential sites are much bigger and well landscaped and include a gas grill and picnic table. All sites are full hook up with water, sewer, and 30/50 amp service. With over 2000 oak trees, all of the sites are well shaded.

Some of the other amenities include: non heated swimming pool, laundry room with air conditioning, private phone booths, cable TV, wireless Internet, handicap sites, hard wired Internet hookup, propane, and a dump station. The entire park is well landscaped and there is a very peaceful small area with a bench and gazebo for reading, relaxing, or socializing. Another nice touch is that Treetops provides some hanging potted flowers for a lot of the sites. Good Sam and AAA discounts are available and Treetop's very reasonable rates in 2007 start at $28 per night. No pop-ups or tents are allowed.
